Always free. No payment, no refund needed. This is where we find our fit before anything else begins.

One-on-One and Family Sessions
If it turns out I can't genuinely help you, something likely got missed during the discovery call or I've been especially imperfect — and I'll make it right. Let me know within 7 days of a session and we'll talk about what's fair: a full refund, a partial one, or simply not charging for a follow-up where we get back on track.

Cancellations
Life happens and plans change. That's normal and not a problem, so if something comes up, let me know when you're able to. An appointment reminder goes out the day before each appointment to make that easy.

If missed appointments seem like a pattern, I'll reach out because I'm curious what's underneath that. Sometimes it's simple scheduling, sometimes it's something less obvious. Either way, we'll figure it out together.
