What to Expect

Each family or team is different. If you are a first-time client, or dynamics have significantly changed since our last conversation, please schedule a free "Introductory Call" appointment so I can better understand the path forward—format, time, location, pricing, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens and plans change. That's normal and not a problem, so if something comes up, let me know when you're able to. An appointment reminder goes out the day before each appointment to make that easy. If missed appointments seem like a pattern, I'll reach out because I'm curious what's underneath that. Sometimes it's simple scheduling, sometimes it's something less obvious. Either way, we'll figure it out together.
