What to Expect
New here? A discovery call is the first step for everyone, so if we haven't had one yet, or it's been a while since we last talked, let's start there. This time is for you — the pace, the setting, all of it. Some people prefer the comfort of their living room, others a quiet coffee shop, or a bench along the Spokane River. I generally prefer meeting in person, though video works too when that fits better. Every journey looks a little different, so if you don't see an option here that works for you, just email me and we'll figure it out.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens and plans change. That's normal and not a problem, so if something comes up, let me know when you're able to. An appointment reminder goes out the day before each appointment to make that easy. If missed appointments seem like a pattern, I'll reach out because I'm curious what's underneath that. Sometimes it's simple scheduling, sometimes it's something less obvious. Either way, we'll figure it out together.
